The goal of ALL archer classes is to deal safe damage, but the way each one goes about it is varied. None of their damage (besides some Silver hunter traps) deal elemental damage. Three out of Five archer classes will deal phsyical damage. Her spin off class is called the Silver Hunter. Those will go into Sniper/Artillery, and Tempest/Windwalker respectively. The base archer class will specialize into the Bowmaster and the Acrobat. (provided you're well geared anyways)Īrchers are the standard archer classes in most RPG games.sorta. She's quite fun to play, and your team mates will love watching you burst down a boss in a matter of seconds. Her transformation puts her into her giant mech and gives all of your abilities a MASSIVE aoe/damage boost.
This is the same purpose in pvp, as you can easily delete most enemies' health bars with a single, well aimed, attack. With that out of the way, the Ray Mechanic's sole purpose is to burst down anything in her way. Each spin off class has a relatively unqiue way of transforming, and it completely changes all of your base skills when you've done so. When you finish your level 50 specialization, you'll be able to unlock your transformation ability.
Spin off classes also don't have awakenings currently (a third specialization all normal classes currently have) The pay off is usually worth it though, especially for this one.
Normal classes have to get to level 45 to unlock their second specialization, but spin off classes need to wait until level 50. In Dragon Nest, a spin off class is a class that gets their first specialization automatically. Also, as this is the first of the spin off classes, it would be a good idea to tell you what exactly a spin off class is. If you like to ride around in a giant mecha dealing some of the most damage in the game, I'd reccomend this class. In pvp she can get quickly out classes by her Adept sisters though. She also has a slight focus on summoning exploding posionous slimes that quickly chase her enimies! Her healing abilities are vital to a teams success in both Nests and Pvp team fights. The physician focuses on dealing poison damage, and healing her allies. When you ask a deranged loli to be your doctor, you get the physician. Very easy for beginners to handle as well. She's great in pvp due to large amounts of super armor break and freezing capabilities. Adept specialises in dealing multiple attributes of powerful elemental damage, and dealing large, consistant amounts of damage. If you're not throwing around a million potions, or jumping around blowing stuff up, you're not doing your job right. Simply put, Adept has some of the most fluid and fun skill sets of the Academic classes. This game has a weird obsession with duck-mechs, so if you're into too, I'd go with her! Of course you'll have a couple (literally only a coule) skills you can use to damage your eneimies, but I'd just play it safe and let your minions do your work for you. She's usually out classed by Gear masters in pvp, but if you've got guts, try her out.ĭo you like staying back and watching chaos unfold? Then gear master is the specialization for you! This class specializes is sitting around and letting her summons and towers do the damage for you. She's basically a protect your baby kind of summoning class, but she brings her own guns to the table too. It's a fairly fun class, but when you want to kill bosses, you'll more than likely be spamming one or two skills off cooldown to do the majority of your damage. The shooting star class also builds itself around a "bullet" system, which allows you to use your other (non-alphredo) related skills. As long as he doesn't get one shot by a boss anyways. The shooting star is all about dealing damage with your pal Alphredo! This nifty robot will gain a ton of cool skills as you level him up providing you a near constant source of damage. The Academic will eventually get to specialize into the Engineer and Alchemist, which then goes into Shooting Star/Gear master and Adept/Physician respectively. In general, the academic is a ultity class with some decent damage to her! This class deals both Physical and Magical damage, and she's usually pretty fun (if not a bit obnoxious) The loli.I mean academic, is the first class on my list.
